CLASSES:

10:00am NEW Computer Tricks for the Paper Scrapper – all new ways to use your computer to help you scrap! If you took last year’s class, you know you’ll learn great ways to enhance your layouts by using your computer. If this is your first time with us, get ready to learn how to use your computer to make the most of your paper-scrapped layouts. Go home with a CD of resources you can use for all your scrapping needs. Bring an ink pen and be ready to learn a lot.

10:00am Scrapbook in a Box - It’s a great coffee table item. When you pull the lid off, the box opens up and it’s a scrapbook that you can flip through. The box holds about 30 pictures. DO NOT bring pictures with you. We will just be making the box itself. Just bring your own double-sided tape/adhesive.

1:00pm Fix Your Friends – yes, we can help you get better friends and family! We’ll show you how to use free image editing software to do basic photo retouching. No longer will you have to settle for average photos in your beautiful layouts! Class includes CD with links to download software, written and video tutorials, and more. Bring an ink pen and be ready to learn a lot.

1:00pm Expand a Page! Let your pages come alive using the new Flip Flaps and the Magic book! Now your pages will be able to hold even more photos with a few simple additions. Each participant will receive a FREE set of the new Flip Flaps assortment (4 x 12, 6 x 12, and 8 x 12) and the 12 x 12 2-page layout (participants can choose from a variety of kits) explosive accessories. Plus receive a coupon for $5 off the Magic book when purchased before or at the crop. Participants can pre-order the Magic book to be delivered at the workshop, please contact scrapali@bellsouth.net for details. Bring adhesive, photo squares, glue dots, 4 x 6 photos, and acrylic blocks if you have any.

3:00pm Know your Digital Camera Workshop – Ever wonder what all those symbols on the top of your camera are for? Do you “set it and forget it” on Auto? Wish your photos looked better? Then this is the class for you. We will teach you how to use your own camera to get better photographs every time. Learn when to use Auto, and what to use when Auto won’t do. We promise you will leave this class much more comfortable and confident with your camera and your photography skills! Bring your camera and its Manuel (if you have it) and something to write with.

3:00pm All Occasions Card Class - Make a set of 8 cards with envelopes. These will be hand stamped cards that you can use for any occasion. Use them yourself or tie them up with a bow to be given as a gift. Just bring your own double-sided tape/adhesive.
